If I had thought initially to consult Jeff Cohan and nSiteful, I would never have had the opportunity to discover how lucky I was. Because—if I had been smart enough to go to Jeff first—I never would have known how infinitely superior to other website design firms his is.

Having built a house in Anguilla (BeachCourt Villa—www.beachcourtvilla.com) and wanting to market it for rental, I needed an effective website.

I did not know that my high school friend, Jeff (who was valedictorian of our class, which put a slight strain on the “friendship”) was designing, creating, and implementing websites, so I looked for other people to do that for me. What an education—in inattentiveness, incompetence, and inactivity. People would not return calls or emails, or they had no time, or they made promises that they just could not keep.

My luck improved, when a mutual friend (with whom I had shared my frustration) told me that Jeff was “in the biz.” The rest—as they say—was sweet and simple history.

Unlike a lot of competitors, Jeff is not “just” a techno-geek or a salesman or a designer; he is the best synthesis of all of these virtues, and others. First of all, he listens, and listens well (and—in order to do that—he is available and accessible, 24/7 via all media: email, fax, and conference call). Once he listens, he learns what you need and want (or at least what you think you need and want).

After understanding our objectives (and—like a good lawyer—the expert’s job is to accept that the objectives are the clients’; the means to accomplish those objectives are the experts’), Jeff showed us alternative means of accomplishing them. He is very, very good at explaining things: what a welcome difference from most of the people I consulted initially.

The creation of the website was collaborative; Jeff found means by which to include my wife and several relatives and friends who were close to the entire villa-building process. He encouraged questions and answered them in a way that brought consensus about how the project should proceed.

Jeff got us from first consultation to launch-date quickly. We have since “tweaked” the site, and—like most things worth having—it continues to grow. All changes are accomplished promptly and at reasonable prices. He is scrupulously honest and accurate about his time-based charges (and he is flexible in offering different options for dealing with project-costs).

I cannot recommend nSiteful more strongly or positively. If you want a website, if you love and care about what you do, Jeff will give you a website that makes you love your project/business all the more. His efforts daily redound to the benefit of BeachCourt Villa, and we are most appreciative.

I met Jeff Cohan (where else?) through the internet, on a flatpicking guitar list server. We were both reading the list daily. I saw that he was in Alpharetta, so I invited him to a meeting/jam of the Southeastern Bluegrass Association. Our association is a non-profit group dedicated to preserving and promoting bluegrass music. We use several methods to get the word out about bluegrass, including a monthly newsletter and our website. Through the tireless efforts of several of our members, our association had developed a fairly decent presence on the web, but the board of directors all knew that it was time to take the next step with our website.

When I found out about Jeff’s involvement with the Milton High School Basketball team and its website, I asked him if he would like to help us on the re-design of our Southeastern Bluegrass Association website; and of course, the answer was yes. Through several "conference" calls among board members we established some guidelines for the re-design, but mostly, the association relied on Jeff’s expertise in web design to develop the site which we now have.

I thought you’d appreciate this “website success story”. The other morning I got a call from a couple who were just passing through Morristown on their way to Maine for vacation and were staying at one of the hotels here in town. They needed to get haircuts, so they went on the Internet and found The Coming Attraction Haircutters. I cut and styled both the husband and the wife, and she needed a color treatment, as well.

The total for them was $100 and they left a nice tip. The next day they sent their son in for a haircut – another $20. Of course, I’ll never see them again because they live in Florida, but we were able to fit them in and make a few quick bucks all because they found us on the web!

I asked these folks what attracted them to our salon, and they said they liked the presentation of the website and the informational bios on me and Maryanne. I’m really liking this!
