The owner of the NYOBC dot com website is a CPA whose services include tax preparation for individuals and businesses. Well-versed in the use of Gravity Forms, He had developed comprehensive multi-page forms for clients to use for submitting tax organizer information online.
However, many of his clients had problems completing the original forms, as doing so required saving an email that included a URL link to the client's saved organizer — and accessing that URL before the access period expired.
The Solution
I installed and set up the MemberPress membership system and imported all of my client's clients as enrolled members.
I installed and configured the Gravity Perks Limit Submissions plugin to limit each member to just one form submission per tax year.
Styling of the multi-page form to make it more user-friendly.
