Effective March 1, 2025, I instituted the nSiteful Rewards program: a program by which you earn consulting hours by spending consulting hours.
Details:
Rewards are computed for each calendar month. Monthly spend totals do not roll over for the purpose of calculating rewards.
The minimum monthly spend to qualify for a reward is 1.0 hour.
There are three reward tiers:
- from 1.0 to 4.9 hours: 10% reward
- from 5.0 to 9.9 hours: 15% reward
- 10 hours or more: 20% reward
Reward amounts are rounded to the nearest tenth of an hour.
Example:
Suppose you spend 19.8 retainer hours in a month.
You fall into tier “C” for that month.
You receive a reward bonus of .20 X 19.8, or 3.96 hours, rounded to 4.0 hours.
What about the VIP Club discount program?
The nSiteful rewards program replaces the VIP Club discount program.
Those of you who participated in the VIP Club discount program in the past should find the benefits of the rewards program to be comparable — and, in some ways, superior — to the VIP Club discount program.
The main difference between the programs is that while the VIP Club discount progam rewarded you for purchasing retainer hours, the rewards program rewards you for spending them. Another difference lies in the way one qualifies for each program. Qualifying for the VIP Club discount program required, among other things, an initial purchase of at least twelve (12) retainer hours. To qualify for the rewards program, all you need do is spend at least one retainer hour in a calendar month; there is no minimum purchase.
